15:02; 94#, broke the bar & plate in last rd; scaled to 9-6-3 for 2-5th.
15:10 74#, scaled to 9-6-3 for last 2 rounds.
13:51.... Had to do the new hero... Got asked to please stop dropping the weight twice, but the guy working was a former CCT operator so he then asked to join me... He finished in 18:30. Jamie he should be giving you a call tonight or tomorrow he's drank the Kool Aid and likes it... Chalk one up for the good guys. =)
I'm not sure why but this was so much harder than i expected... womens RX (105#) but holy cow my cleans and push jerks were singles... 21:27
12:23...scaled the weight to 95 lbs so that I could build on proper from for the power clean. I will attempt this one again within two weeks at 115.
