did yesterday's workout. 22:25

A big thanks to Tom for helping me with my muscle ups. Will hopefully get to check out ya'lls box soon.

Did 2 rounds of 20 ring pull-ups and 20 dips. That was more than enough for my arms. Also worked on m/u form from a squat.

did the 120/120 hanging my rings from a tree in oklahoma city on the "patio" of the hotel... hilarious!
