I did a 1/2 Danny. 15-10-15. 6 Rounds
box jumps 14"
Push press 58#
pull ups were band assisted the last 2 rounds.

Scaled to 15-10-15 reps per round w/24"&55lbs; 5 rds+15BJ - power output-wise this made sense to scale rather than slog.
