experience. We’ve used our same routines
for elderly individuals with heart
disease and cage fighters one month out
from televised bouts. We scale load and
intensity; we don’t change programs.

Rest day
did 2000m Row. 9:23 my butt hurts....
I might be crawling out of the hole I've been in.
Ran to work (3.5K) in 16:20. WOD:SP1x1: 83-88-94-99PR-99F/PP3x3@94 all/PJ5x594-94-99-103PR-103; splitPR 114 but sucked at PJ; all of a sudden I've got better ankle flexiblity and it seemed alot easier - and/or I learned something from watching the WODs the other night-whatever it is I'll take it. Ran home in 17:14 (counting these runs as my 5K WOD).
so we missed yesterdays workout because of studying and decided to make it up by doing fight gone bad!!! so my total was only 147... but we used 8 lbs ball, 24" box jump, 65 lbs sumo, a jump rope for rowing, and 65 lbs for shoulder press.
