12 something... rip stopped me in the middle of the workout cuz someone had messed up the only GHD machine, and i was swinging to the side so i didnt hit my head on the ground, so he fixed it, and life was better... :)

17:09. Back extension sucks. It got me really sick this time. Last time I did hip extensions so didn't get me that sick.

Only did 4 rounds. Stopped before I lost my perfectly zoned breakfast. about 23:30 (last 17 GHDs were band assisted)

18:20 I would much rather have done hip extensions. Back extensions are too slow.

14:27, Rx, my head hurts.
