She didn't disappoint!


We are one week out from the Games Qualifiers...
While the endgame is to see who the "Fittest man
and woman in Asia" are, this shouldn't deter
anyone from participating.  Like any good CF
Workout the WOD's are universally scalable so
that anyone can play.  2 days, 3 WOD's alot of
fun!!

People lets work the "Virtuosity"
 of the movement today, its a great day to slow it all down and
work the technique to that will contribute to our overall capacity
 Coach Glassman's progression: Mechanics,
consistency, intensity! 
Do we want perfect movement everytime?  No, but we should
still strive for that 80-20%...  Do the work and reap the rewards!!

after 1200, it's a rest day and Coach will be here.
If you would like to meet Coach Glassman he will
be here on the 22nd from 0900 -1000 before we
head to Schwab to convince some Marine Officers
no fitness program compares to CrossFit.  You'd
think it would be an easy sell!!!

Lindsey was totally unphased by the damage inflicted

on her hands and pushed through like a warrior!!  We

expect her to give anyone in Asia a run for their money

in the CF Games Asia Qualifier, that is if we can keep her

on island long enough to get in some quality training..
