Did Diane today21-15-9 225lb deadlifts/HSPU's .. I thought after the beating I put on my legs yesterday, the deadlifts would be the limiting factor... deadlifts unbroken... first set of HSPU unbroken... after that 1's and 2's .. I blew my wod.. and I forgot my time .. it was either 9 or 11 minutes 21 seconds.

Sorry all, work is getting the best of me and limiting my time in gym. I am gonna get back on the horse today and contemplating pulling a two-a-day. Gotta make it happen
