"Fight Gone Bad!"

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations

after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop

 between exercises. This is a five-minute round from

which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.

On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next

station immediately for best score. One point is given

for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie

is one point.

Decided to Jumpstart my week since I have been draggin ass in the WOD's. Snatch training.. then got the bright idea to do Isabel =/ 6:02 then did the Pull-up dip WOD 12:10.... Either I am going to wake up lick my wounds and be ready to rock tomorrow or continue to do ZombieFit... hopefully it wil be door #1

Total 201.(#12MB, 49pounds for SDLHP/PP, 20")

last night! Wish I had a pic or video of the
look on his face!

219 total (12# MB,49# SDHP,14" box,44# PP) 8 pts less than last time, but more weight on everything.

31 Mar-278 (14#WB, 56#SDHP/PP, 18"box)-52pt improvement over Nov '08 FGB with same weights. Thanks Coaches K, Matt and Dee for helping me through it!
