i got behind with the GMAT and all so im starting where i left off - 3/30 - all unassisted, ring dips and ring pull ups - no pullup bar available - thanks to my awesome boyfriend i have my own set of rings though!!! 18:18
Did the games 08 deadlift/burpee WOD, took almost 6 minutes .. I suck!! Will hit the pull up/ring dip WOD in the AM
