For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups,

and squats as needed. Start and

finish with a mile run. If you've got a

twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

i have the flu... blughhhhhh

52:08 (BW, knee push-ups) 15minutes faster than last time. I'm happy with the result.

34:42, 5:56 first mile... need to get a faster turnover on my squats.. all sets unbroken

41:25 (BW)...i am done, but I am addicted and feenin for more!!!

first full Murph. loved it! 44:15; Rx'd, zero knee push-ups :-)

Results from our 10AM Boot Camp's day "Down on the Farm" WOD (3 rounds of 2 mins each of team truck pull/push, hammering, tire jumping & farmer's traverse-scored with total reps)
Team 1: Jewel (337.5), Chelsee (319) & Lynda (295.5) Total: 952
Team 2: Vivian (323), Laine (269), Vicky (382) Total: 974
Great job! Now THAT's functional!

1 hour 5 min and 1 sec. First mile 9:35, second 10:36. Did the rest Cindy style with band assisted push-ups.
