19:36 (95lb power squat)

23:59 w/88lbs & using feet on rope climb -half-upx2@ works better after sliding on the 4th ascent & burning my hands - yeoow!

23:21(#63, climb up to 8feetx6 each round)

27:37 (73#, rope climbs were moded - lying to standing and back down, 6 per round)
