19 exactly. no rings, so dips were unassisted bar dips.
21 plus five pull ups - unassisted pullups, negative ring dips
25-5-5 as Rx'd ...ya never realize how much core is used in ring dips until ya have to do sit ups directly following
22rounds plus 5pullups, 5dips(assisted) and 7situps.
18: +5, +3, assisted pullups and dips.
Used a 35# dumbbell for pull ups and ring dips - 22 Rds even
no kidding, right?
On Friday - 22 (a few unassisted ring dips in first rds but mostly jump negs until 16th rd then bar dips w/ smallest band assist)
22-2...man that was really tought, but it was because of the time (30 mins) when all other workouts are 20 mins.
21-5-5-7 weak ring dips. Definitely need to work on those.....
