so... im a little bummed... i got 495 today and my goal was 500 but i think i started too low on squats, and you only get three tries! sigh... 230 DL - 110 Shoulder Press - 155 squat! Next time! 500 here i come... plus Jamie - you'll be happy to know that i worked with rip today on my squat!!
