"BARBARA" 5 Rounds for time of: 20 Pull ups 30 Push ups 40 Sit ups 50 Squats Rest Precisely 3 minutes between rounds.

7:52 (10 push ups), 9:00 (6 push ups), 9:37, 9:21, 9:16 Slower than last time, but all unassisted pull-ups this time. All other push ups were on my knees.

It's 27:59. Great job buddy!! Mine was 37:29...
Almost 15min faster than last time and no assisted pull ups. I'm very happy with it.

Rx - 15:46. Kept my splits pretty even (3:19, 3:05, 3:01, 3:12, 3:19)

25:17 (knee push-ups); 4:17, 4:31, 5:50(wtf), 5:34, 5:07...pr, but lacking consistency
24:10 - assisted pull ups and i can barely walk today... haha
not as fast as Thom =).... more work to do!!
