Post reps for both exercises

in all rounds.

PVC Plates are very useful for  technique training....

not so much when you load the bar

with 200lbs and drop it from overhead ..LOL

I did yesterday's WOD. 17:51 (103 pounds) sucked!!!

24 Mar - 83# 17-16-14-12-10 bench/14-12-13-10-10 pulls-17 pull-up improvement over last. Bench weight needs to go up next.

175lbs- 15/21-13/20-13/18-13/18-12/17=66/94
Terrible performance on bench compared
to my last outing =(

65lbs-11/11-12/10-10/12-12/14-13/14= 58/61

160#- Bench: 25/16/15/11/10, Pull Ups 21/20/20/20/15

68# 10/7, 11/10, 9/8, 10/6, 11/6 = 51/37
