40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, right arm
21 L Pull-ups
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm
21 L Pull-ups

These are squat, not power, snatches.

34:24 - 20lbs DB -tuck pulls 31; then jump negs pulls; this sucked so bad but always glad when I've done it anyway. First time I've done this Hero WOD.
