With a continuously running clock

do one pull-up the first minute, two

 pull-ups the second minute, three

pull-ups the third minute... continuing

 as long as you are able. Use as many

sets each minute as needed.

If you're wondering how many pull-ups you did total, the answer is: N*(((N-1) /2) +1), where N is the number of complete rounds. What a geek.

15 min plus 12 - whew... - assisted... and tom thats geeky, i just added it up in my head! - 132!

14 + 10 (115 total)...I'm with Ashley but thanks for the formula Thomas...
